Room Policy

  • All rooms must be reserved to be used.
  • Only OU students have group study room reservation privileges.
  • There is a two-hour limit per user on reservation blocks.
  • Food and drinks with lids are allowed.
  • VGA and HDMI cables are provided in the rooms.
  • Video adaptors can be checked out at the main floor Circulation Desk.
