This consultation room features comfortable seating and a wide table.
Room Policy
- These rooms must be reserved to be used.
- Only OU graduate students, faculty, and staff are allowed to reserve these rooms.
- Graduate students, faculty, and staff can meet with undergraduate students in these rooms.
- A maximum four hours can be reserved at a time, up to one month in advance.
- Food and drinks with lids are allowed.
- For exceptions to reservation policies, please contact OU Libraries Public Relations.
Be Advised: Library reservable rooms are not ideal spaces for official online proctored testing, such as the LSAT and the GRE exams. If you choose to use these rooms for such testing, you will not be permitted to block out windows and you run the risk of interruptions including noise, power outages, fire alarms/evacuations etc. University Libraries is not responsible for interruptions of disqualifications incurred during proctored exams.
