Room Policy

• Only OU undergraduate students are allowed to reserve these rooms.
• Groups with confirmed reservations take priority.
  • Otherwise rooms are free for use.
• A maximum of two hours can be reserved at a time, up to one month in advance.
• Food and drinks with lids are allowed.
• VGA and HDMI cables are provided in the rooms.
• Video adaptors can be checked out at the Circulation Desk by the west entrance on the Main Floor of Bizzell Memorial Library.
