OU’s Bizzell Memorial Library houses several special collections: the History of Science Collections, the John and Mary Nichols Rare Books and Special Collections, the William Bennett Bizzell Bible Collection, and the Harry W. Bass Business History Collection.
To request an appointment, enter your request in the chart below. Note: available appointment days/times are: Monday—Friday 9:00 AM — 4:30 PM.
Please include information about the items you want to view—preferably a link to a Discover Catalog record. We will do our best to have your requested materials available, but some items may only be available if you give us 24—48 hours notice.
You will receive an initial email that acknowledges your appointment request and your reservation details. Look for an additional email regarding confirmation of the appointment. If the email does not show up immediately in your inbox, then check the Clutter or Junk folders in your email.
