Meeting Room Policy
- These spaces must be reserved to be used.
- Only OU graduate students, faculty, and staff are allowed to reserve these spaces.
- To use these spaces, undergraduate students must have an appointment with an OU graduate student, faculty, or staff member.
- A maximum four hours can be reserved at a time, up to one month in advance.
- Food and drinks with lids are allowed.
- For exceptions to reservation policies, please fill out our Event Request Form.
