OU Create & Displaying Your 3D Models

OU Create & Displaying Your 3D Models

Do you have 3D models that you want to publish online, but aren't sure where to start? On Friday, February 10th, the 3D Workflow Community of Practice, in collaboration with the Office of Digital Learning, will be hosting a workshop on 3DHOP (3D Heritage Online Presenter). 3DHOP is a free, open-source tool that allows users to create interactive multimedia presentations using 3D digital models. It can be used with a variety of 3D file formats and can be embedded in websites and other online platforms. In this workshop you will learn how to use 3DHOP to view and navigate 3D models and how to build your own OUCreate website to host your presentations.

Prior to coming to the workshop, participants are encouraged to log into create.ou.edu/dashboard and request an account if they do not already have one. This is encouraged, but not required.
